Once again, Pharmedix and PyraMed Health Systems has partnered with the American College Health Foundation to fund scholarship programs available to students studying in the field of health care science. Each year, Pharmedix and PyraMed have sponsored a program whereby the companies match up to $5,000.00 in monies collected from attendees during the American College Health Association annual conference. Along with sponsorship of the annual golf tournament, our efforts have helped raise over $50,000 since the inaugural program in 2013. We wish to extend our sincere thanks to Bob Wirag, Marthea Proudfoot and all members of the Foundation who have tirelessly donated their time and talent in reaching our goal.

Thank you for joining us at the American College Health Show on May 27 to 31 in San Antonio, Texas. The American College Health Foundation (ACHF) has extended its gratitude to both Pharmedix and Pyramed for providing a $5,000 matching gift amount for this year’s ACHF grant challenge.

Pharmedix has exhibited each of the last 15 years at the American College Health Association annual meeting and is proud to be a “Gold Level” member of the American College Health Foundation.

Pharmedix has chosen to sponsor one special needs student each year with tuition assistance to attend a summer camp program. The program is tailored to meet the needs of each student while providing opportunities within the community that emphasize and enhance the ability of the student. It has been our pleasure to be associated with this program and our student.

Pharmedix is pleased to continue our annual Holiday donation to the Second Harvest Food Bank. We make this donation in the name of Pharmedix's loyal clients, in lieu of our past holiday gift of See's candy. We felt, as did every client who emailed us regarding our decision, that a donation to benefit the lives of those less fortunate than us was the right course to take during these hard economic times.

Pharmedix has been proud to support the mission team to San Francisco de Orica, Honduras with much needed medical supplies. These supplies are used in conjunction with Hospital Escuela for use in adolescent, child and women's health programs.

In the past, Pharmedix® sponsored 'Power 10 Rowing' a team comprised of High School students from the Orlando, Florida area. After only two years, Power 10 men's team qualified for the Southeast Regional Championships where they finished in third place. This finish earned them an invitation to the United States (Youth) National Championships where they competed against teams from across the United States. Many 'Power 10' rowers have gone on to earn college scholarships through their experience with 'Power 10'.
